The Excelente Awards gala is a celebration of our community. Every attendee, winner, sponsor, volunteer, and staff member deserves a welcoming, safe, and respectful evening — this code describes what we expect from everyone who joins us.

What we expect

We ask everyone at the event to:

• Treat fellow attendees, honorees, and staff with respect and courtesy.
• Help us celebrate the honorees — this is their night.
• Be welcoming and inclusive to guests of all backgrounds.
• Follow the instructions of event staff and venue personnel.

What we won't tolerate

The following have no place at our events:

• Harassment or intimidation of any kind, verbal or physical.
• Discriminatory language or behavior of any kind.
• Sustained disruption of the ceremony or presentations.
• Any behavior that puts the safety of guests or staff at risk.

Reporting a problem

If you experience or witness behavior that violates this code, please tell any member of the event staff right away, or write to us at info@excelenteawards.com

Enforcement

Event staff may take any action they deem appropriate, from a warning to removal from the event without refund. We will always prioritize the safety and dignity of our guests.
